Wall Mounted Magazine Racks
A handmade wall-mounted steel magazine rack designed to provide tidy, accessible storage without taking up floor or worktop space.
The open frame is formed from solid 4 mm steel and has a clean, architectural profile suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms and offices.
It can hold magazines, cookbooks, menus and similar flat items, and may also be used for tablets or slim laptops that fit comfortably within the internal dimensions.
The rack measures approximately 44 cm high × 31 cm wide × 7 cm deep, with an internal usable space of approximately 40 cm high × 30 cm wide × 6 cm deep.
Each rack is powder coated in your chosen colour and made to order in my Norfolk workshop. Wall screws and plugs are not included, allowing suitable fixings to be selected for your wall type and intended load.
Estimated delivery
Made to order in up to 7 working days. Courier delivery usually takes a further 2–4 working days, giving an estimated delivery window of 9–11 working days from ordering.
Returns
This product is made to your individual specifications or customised for your order, so the usual change-of-mind return right does not apply.

External dimensions:

As each rack is handmade, dimensions may vary by approximately ±5 mm.
Check both the available wall space and the size of the items you intend to store before ordering.
What the rack can hold
The rack is designed for storing and displaying magazines, cookbooks, menus and similar flat items.
It can also provide convenient wall storage for tablets, laptops and other everyday devices, provided they fit comfortably within the internal dimensions and are not excessively heavy.
Avoid overfilling the rack or forcing items into the frame. The final safe capacity also depends on the wall construction and the fixings used.
Fitting and wall fixings
The rack is supplied without screws or wall plugs so you can choose fixings suitable for the wall construction and the expected load.
Use the fixing points in the frame to mark the wall, check the rack is level, and secure it with appropriate fixings for masonry, timber, plasterboard or another wall type.
The safe load depends on the wall, the chosen fixings and the quality of the installation. Where the wall construction is uncertain, use a suitable fixing specialist or competent installer.
Check that the rack is secure before adding magazines, books or electronic devices.
Colours and custom colours
Standard colours are Black, White, Dark Green, Light Green, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow and Pink.
Please contact me for a RAL reference for any particular colour. Colours can look slightly different on screen depending on the device and lighting.
For a colour that is not listed, contact me before ordering. A custom powder colour normally has a setup charge of approximately £15–£20, depending on the finish.
Multiple items in the same custom colour incur one setup charge rather than a separate charge for every item.
Care and cleaning
No routine maintenance is required. Clean with water or a damp cloth and avoid abrasive pads, powders or harsh scrubbing that could mark the powder-coated finish.
Outdoor pieces can be wiped clean as required. Damage that exposes bare steel should be touched in to reduce local rusting.
